When first established in 1988, C.A.Stevens Builders’ primary objective was to provide quality work at competitive prices. Over time, we have also developed an excellent reputation by providing good follow through after the project is complete
Having 14 years of prior construction industry experience laid the foundation for accomplishing our goal. Today, 20 years later, we are still working with the same objectives in mind. Quality work, great designs, competitive pricing and customer service allow us to build projects that instill pride in the homeowner and in us. Also, we have made many friends along the way who return year after year, season after season to do new projects.
We started small and remain that way today intentionally, which allows us to control our work flow, supervision, and overhead. Keeping our business small also allows us to work with some of the best trades in the industry, with whom we have developed long lasting relationships.. Using select local architects with their years of experience plus our own construction knowledge allow us to provide designs that can fit a wide variety of budgets and design requirements.
