Initial Meeting
During our initial consultation our designer will discuss what your ideas are and how to achieve those goals. Throughout this process we will try to help you visualize your project and also take photos of your home as well as all needed dimensions. At this time it is important to establish a budget as a starting point to determine if it fits with what we are trying to accomplish.
:: Designs
and Pricing
Now your ideas are starting to take shape, you will see drawings and or sketches depending on the type of project. During this review it is advised to make changes as necessary to meet your goals.
::
Fine Tuning
After you have reviewed your
design, now we are able to
make final changes to complete
your plans and establish your
final budget. (Change orders can
affect final cost).
:: Plan Approval
Drawings are approved, budget is set.
Permit Application;
At this point in the process we will submit your permit app. to the building dept.
Which usually can take from 2-4 weeks, and by now we have our project complete. Now we can start to select products we will be using and finishes etc.
::
Scheduling
We will put together a tentative start date along with project progression times to allow you to get a good feel for how work will proceed.
:: Project
Mgmt.
C.A.Stevens Builders believes this is a core process to your project satisfaction.
We spend many hours on site during certain processes to assure that your site is properly maintained, all changes are enacted and you can feel comfortable that your project is going well.
:: Work Begins
Once your project begins we will do our best not to inconvenience you, and keep you informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
:: Final
Walk Thru
Now on our final walkthrough any problems that have not been corrected previously will be noted and corrected. Your Job Is Complete !
