Whom It May Concern
 I am writing this in regards to
C.A.Stevens Builders who have done
several remodeling projects for
us. Chuck is not only our one and
only contractor, he also became
our friend. Several years ago we
planned on finding someone to remodel
our basement into a general living & recreation/game
area plus storage area. We needed
someone who was not just reliable,
but also highly recommended. I
talked to the owner/Developer of
our subdivision in Homer Glen,George
Tatoole who very highly recommended
C.A.Stevens Builders. Without any
doubt, it was the best decision
we made in hiring Chuck. He oversaw
all the people coming into our
home, was here on time & made sure
everthing was done properly. If
any questions on our part relating
to the work being done or possibly
changing something, he was more
than accommodating.
Projects are as follows done by Chuck Stevens, Contractor/Building:
1. Basement remodel
2. Two (2) bathroom remodels (small bathroom & master bathroom that was very large/extensive remodel ) pictures available upon request.
3. New air conditioning/heating replacements.
4. Repair of chimney fireplace lining
5. Built & designed house for sale on lot we purchased.
6. Future projects we will hire Chuck to do, kitchen remodel in 2009.
He is always available to answer any general maintenance questions for us also.

You have a concept in your mind of what you want the room to look like and you only hope that it comes out close to that vision, what Chuck delivered far exceeded our dream and expectation. We think that one of the main reasons the kitchen came out so well is that Chuck and his craftsmen paid attention to all the small details. The kitchen is the envy of our friends and neighbors. We entertain a lot and many of the friends we invite over not only invite themselves back but want to help cook in our new kitchen. We only wish we had found C.A. Stevens Builders years ago.
We would not only highly recommend C.A. Stevens Builders, but would certainly use him again.

of knowing Chuck from C.A.
Stevens Builder for over 3
years now. He rehabbed my house
(over 7000 square feet) from the
floors to the kitchen, to the
bathrooms, showers, walls and
finishing my basement. While
he worked on my house, he showed
complete professionalism, integrity
and diligence. I can honestly
say that it was an absolute
pleasure to work with Chuck.
He is a perfectionist and delivers
a very high quality and respectable
work. I was thrilled with the
end product and have used him
consistently in other construction
jobs that I have had. He has
always been great to work with
and I don't think that any
body can beat his quality of
work. He completed my project
on budget and in a very timely
fashion. He was always available
